– Keep login credentials secure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Not abuse, duplicate, or resell the platform without consent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Account & Payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accounts are billed monthly\/yearly as agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension. No refunds unless<\/p>\n\n\n\n
otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Data Ownership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You own your client data. Carnevale Solutions does not claim ownership and will not use your data for any<\/p>\n\n\n\n
purposes other than delivering services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Limitations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are not liable for indirect losses or downtime. While we work to ensure uptime and security, no system is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
100% failproof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Termination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may suspend or terminate your account if terms are violated or upon mutual agreement. You can cancel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
anytime via your dashboard or support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Governing Law<\/p>\n\n\n\n
