do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide a CRM and automation system for client management, marketing, and communication. We

reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features with notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

– Use the platform lawfully

– Keep login credentials secure

– Not abuse, duplicate, or resell the platform without consent

4. Account & Payment

Accounts are billed monthly/yearly as agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension. No refunds unless

otherwise agreed.

5. Data Ownership

You own your client data. Carnevale Solutions does not claim ownership and will not use your data for any

purposes other than delivering services.

6. Limitations

We are not liable for indirect losses or downtime. While we work to ensure uptime and security, no system is

100% failproof.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if terms are violated or upon mutual agreement. You can cancel

anytime via your dashboard or support team.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
